Arthur J. Demuysere, 76, of Olyphant, PA, died Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Allied Services Hospice, Scranton, PA. Born March 15, 1944 in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Rita Dube Demuysere. Art was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and had been employed as a salesman prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford. He is survived by four sons: Kenneth, Steven, Brian and Jason Demuysere; one sister: Sandra Polzier; numerous grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral was held Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford, 45 State Route 2014, Clifford Township, PA, with Rev. Frank Bissol, pastor, officiating. Interment with military honors was held on Tuesday, January 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
