Andrew Moncak, 97, of Scott Township, PA, died Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Carbondale Nursing and Rehab Center, Carbondale, PA. He was the husband of the former Agnes Tomassoni, who died in 1992. Born June 14, 1918 in Jessup, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and Elizabeth Moncak. He is survived by two daughters: Andrea Mancus of Scott Township, PA and Elaine Wallis of Fell Township, PA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
