Andraa Falvo Hemmler, 52, a lifelong resident of Carbondale, PA, died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at her home after a sudden illness. Born August 1, 1967 in Carbondale, she is the daughter of Mary Spizzirri Falvo, of Carbondale, and the late Anthony J. Falvo. Andraa was a graduate of Carbondale Area High School and was a licensed nail technician. She had previously worked at the Cottage Hose Company, Osprey Ridge Nursing Home, Carbondale Nursing Home and most recently for NHS, in Carbondale. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale. She is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Mass was held Friday, August 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, PA, celebrated by Rev. Jeffrey Walsh, pastor. Interment was held at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Arrangement by Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale.
