Ambrose G. Dombroski, age 85, of Simpson, PA died Thursday evening, December 4, 2003 at Wayne Woodlands Manor, Waymart, PA. His wife is the former Marie L. Ledonne. They were married 47 years. Born April 30, 1918 in Simpson, PA. He was the son of the late George and Mary (Kalonka) Dombroski. He was a member of St. Michaels Church, Simpson. Prior to his retirement he was employed by the Gentex Corporation of Carbondale. He enjoyed fishing, spendind time with his family, and will be greatly missed. He is survived by two sons: Ambrose Dombroski of Scranton, PA. and Anthony Dombroski of Laurel, MD.; Nieces Nephews He was preceded in death by one daughter: Marie Dombroski; four brothers Joseph, Andrew, John and Frank Dombroski; two sisters: Mary Borosky and Ann Mosley The funeral was held Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at 11:00am from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am in St. Michael's Church, 46 Midland Street, Simpson, celebrated by Rev. Hillary Malinowski, pastor. Entombment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Friends called Monday, December 8, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9. Pallbearers: Donny and John Mosley.
