Alan Greenberg passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026. He was a passionate musician, an avid collector of instruments, and a car enthusiast. Born on November 30, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York, Alan loved sharing stories about his favorite cars from the 1950s and reminiscing about the memorable trips he took throughout his life.

Alan is preceded in death by his parents, Shirley and Isidore Greenberg, as well as his daughter, Bettany Smith-Greenberg. He is survived by his brother, Harvey Greenberg (spouse: Idelle Greenberg) and family and children, Erin Smith-Greenberg (spouse: Alissa McNair), Izzy Smith-Greenberg, and Sonya Salansky (spouse: Cory Salansky)
