Pauline Penny Williams, 76, of Clifford Township, PA., died Friday morning, November 16, 2012 upon arrival at Mid Valley Hospital, Peckville, PA., after being stricken ill at home. She was the wife of Thomas R. Williams. They were married on May 19, 1956. Born October 7, 1936 in Forest City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Wasyl and Mary Milnuchuk Evanishyn. Prior to her retirement, she and her husband operated a dairy farm in Clifford Township for many years. She had been a member of the Bethel Congregation at Welsh Hill Church and enjoyed gardening, bird watching and spending time in the outdoors enjoying nature. She cherished her time spent with her grandson and great grandson. She is survived by two daughters: Cindy Rindock and husband Mike of Clifford Township, PA. and Jody Pendle and husband Matthew of Fallsington, PA.; one grandson: Thomas Rindock; one great grandson: Seth Rindock; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son: Gary Williams; two brothers: Walter and Michael Evanishyn; four sister: Mary Steponaitis, Anna Wolfe, Elizabeth Scott and Stella Kloptosky. The funeral was held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA., with the Rev. James Major, pastor of the Watson Hill Bible Church, officiating. Interment, Welsh Hill Cemetery, Clifford Township, PA. Pallbearers: Thomas Rindock, Matthew Pendle, Joseph Zuk, Ron Wolfe, Ivan Davidowitz and Cody Scott. Friends called Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 5-8 PM and Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
